A student in Arkansas refused to stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance this week because of the term "Liberty and Justice for All". At ten years old, Will Phillips believes that liberty and justice does NOT apply to all Americans, especially gays and lesbians. One reporter asked the young student what he thinks it means to be an American. "Freedom of speech", he responded. "The freedom to disagree. That's what I think it represents."
